There are just a few very simple steps between you and an exceptional floor plan:
Step 1 – SKETCH DRAWING
Print the Graph Paper and Drawing Guide
Familiarise yourself with the sketch sheet.
- The symbols at the bottom are to be used to indicate the properties details.
- It is helpful but not essential for the sketch to be drawn to scale using the graph lines provided on the paper you have downloaded.
- We would recommend using an erasable black ink pen for the drawing, as this will show up much better when the plans are faxed to us.
- Keep your sketch simple ! Attempting to show a lot of minor details will only make it harder for you to draw and harder for the viewer to understand.
Create a basic sketch of the properties wall layout; including measurements, stairs, windows, doors, bathroom / kitchen units and appliances. Review your sketch.
Step 2 – DEVELOPMENT

- If preferred, you can send the floor plan to us by email, fax, website upload or by mail.Your floor plan will be produced and supplied to you by email within 24 hours
Step 3 – FINALISATION
Fax your sketch to 0800 6 920 920
Open your Faxplan and review it for accuracy.
Should your floor plan require any amendments or changes simply print a copy of the floor plan, mark any changes required and fax back to us on 0800 6 920 920.
Your amended floor plan will be returned to you within 24 hours. |
